Fist off I LOVE THIS BRACELET, so so so beautiful, I’ve been following this company for a long time so my boyfriend bought me this for Christmas and I was so excited. However and deeply unfortunately he had a terrible customer service experience. He messaged about a month after placing his initial order a little frustrated and confused on if anything had been shipped yet because he wanted everything in time for Christmas, (he ordered in November) instead of reassurance and explanations he got a reply that she would “not work with him” and canceled his order. He was devastated and understandably angry because I’ve loved this company for so long. So he ordered again through his mom’s name just trying to get me a beautiful Christmas gift, he even ordered the matching necklace and somehow, someway when the bracelet was FINALLY shipped he got a notification (after ordering and waiting for the items to be shipped) that the necklace had been canceled due to selling out. I understand that stock errors can be made but on top of the poor customer service in the beginning and needing to jump through so many hoops this was SUCH a disappointment. One of the charms even came off the first day, we managed to fix it but for the price and experience I don’t think we’ll ever order from here again:( I am beyond upset because of how beautiful everything is, hopefully this was just a fluke experience due to the stress of the holidays but nonetheless we’ve been let down:(((

It’s beautiful and fits great. It’s not as loose as I thought it would be which I love. It’s sturdy, great quality, and gets me compliments every time I wear it!
I Loveee love love this bracelet! I was afraid the charms were gonna be a little to big for my living, but they're the perfect size! Its so sparkly and cute! And its absolutely no "kids" jewelry. It had to be send to the netherlands for me and everything was just Fine!❤️
