What happens if my jewelry breaks?
The pieces are all handmade, sometimes a piece can be more delicate than others. If the jewelry breaks for reasons beyond your control or it came broken, please write to support as soon as possible with a photo evidence of the broken piece. You have 30 days to claim your money back, for it to be fixed or to ask for another piece at no extra cost.

Does the jewelry tarnish?
The materials used for the necklaces are: stainless steel cover in gold plated 18K or 24K and gold filled. The jewelry will lose its shine and color if not taken care of it properly. To take care of your jewelry simply store the jewelry in a dry place and if it gets wet, dry it with the provided cloth.


How long does my order take to be shipped?
It takes about 4-5 business days to be shipped to the destination. 


I put the wrong email address on my order, please help!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Uniquely Chosen Boutique LLC will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What's the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
