What happens if my jewelry breaks?
The pieces are all handmade, sometimes a piece can be more delicate than others. If the jewelry breaks for reasons beyond your control or it came broken, please write to support as soon as possible with a photo evidence of the broken piece. You have 30 days for it to be fixed or to ask for another piece at no extra cost. NO REFUNDS.

Does the jewelry tarnish?
The materials used for the necklaces are: stainless steel cover in gold plated 18K or 24K and gold filled. The jewelry will lose its shine and color if not taken care of it properly. To take care of your jewelry simply store the jewelry in a dry place and if it gets wet, dry it with the provided cloth.
How long does my order take to be shipped?
It takes about 4-15 business days to be shipped to the destination.
I put the wrong email address on my order, please help!
