What happens if my jewelry breaks?

All pieces are handmade, and some designs can be more delicate than others. If your jewelry arrives broken or breaks for reasons beyond your control within the first 30 days from delivery, please email us with photo evidence of the damage.

 

If approved under our warranty, we will offer a free exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

No refunds.

After 30 days, the warranty expires and a new purchase is required for any replacement.

 

 

 

Does the jewelry tarnish?

Our pieces are made using stainless steel with 18K or 24K gold plating and gold filled materials. As with all plated and gold filled jewelry, shine and color can fade over time if not cared for properly.

 

To care for your jewelry:

  • Store it in a dry place
  • Avoid water, perfume, lotions and sweat when possible
  • If it gets wet, dry it gently with the provided cloth

Proper care helps extend the life and shine of your jewelry.

 

 

 

 

How long does my order take to be shipped?

 

Since each piece is handmade, processing and shipping can take approximately 4–15 business days, depending on order volume and destination.

You will receive tracking details at the email you provided at checkout once your order ships.

 

 

 

I put the wrong shipping address. What happens now?

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Uniquely Chosen Boutique LLC is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

 

If you entered the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible with your order number so we can attempt to update the address before the package ships.

If the package has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes and are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

If the package is returned to us by the carrier and you would like it re-shipped, the reshipment fee is:

  • $5 for domestic orders
  • $15 for international orders

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives broken within the 30-day window, we will provide a free exchange or replacement.
